I'm from Scranton. Before real estate, I worked in gas station service and construction.
During COVID, as student-housing portfolios around Bloomsburg University went under, I converted student rentals there into regular residential housing.
Now I run House Buying Solutions. We buy houses for cash, as-is, tenants and all, across Lackawanna, Luzerne, Pike, Wayne and Columbia counties, and in Tampa Bay. We've bought more than 200 homes and renovated more than 100.

Selling a house still takes about 90 days. Title searches, inspections, permits, zoning and resale certificates all add time, and most of it is red tape. Title is one of the slowest parts, so in October 2026 I passed the Pennsylvania title insurance agent exam.
